8.1. Order Process

8.1.1. The Company undertakes to make reasonable efforts to fulfill the Club Member’s order promptly upon receipt of payment, taking into account the availability of the products in the sales office. The Company reserves the right to change prices, assortment, and specifications of the products at its discretion. The Company will notify Club Members of any price changes no later than 3 days before the changes take effect. Notifications are posted on the Company’s official websites and at the Company’s location.

8.1.2. The Club Member agrees not to have on hand a quantity of products exceeding reasonable amounts. This is the amount that the Club Member can realistically use within a month. Excessive stockpiling of products is not allowed. The Company may suspend deliveries until the Club Member provides confirmation of the ability to use the product. If, in the opinion of the Company, the Club Member purchases and returns products solely to maintain their rank level, the Company may, at its discretion, change the Club Member’s rank to reflect their actual level of activity in accordance with the Compensation Plan.


8.2. Exchange and Return Policy

8.2.1. The Company undertakes to replace, at its own expense, any defective product or product damaged during delivery with a new one. To do this, it is necessary to submit a written request for replacement/return to the Company [1]. The defective product should be sent to the Company/sales office.

8.2.2. Replacement of defective products is carried out based on the current legislation of the country where the purchase was made.

8.2.3. If it is not possible to replace the product, the Company, upon the request of the Club Member, may consider the possibility of compensation.

The options for compensation (among others) include Company credit, bank check, bank transfer, refund of a credit card transaction. The actual form of compensation is determined based on the requirements of local legislation, taking into account the payment method chosen by the Club Member when purchasing the product, as well as the Company’s capabilities. Compensation is made only in the name of the buyer.

8.2.4. Volume points for returned products shall be deducted from the total points of the month when the return is made.
