The rules and regulations for managing websites and pages on social networks are the same for all Club Members regardless of their rank.

4.1. The Right to Create, Maintain, and Promote a Website and Social Media Pages

4.1.1. Club Members of the Consumer Status (Candidate, Consumer, Premium Consumer) have the right to post information about the Company in accordance with section 4.3.1. only on their personal pages on social networks or on specially created business pages on social networks.

4.1.2. Club Members of the Distributor Status have the right to create, maintain, and promote websites and social media pages (either independently or with the help of third parties).

4.1.3. Within three calendar days from the moment of creating a website or a business page, the Independent Distributor must send a request to verify compliance of the website/page with the Company’s rules. The request is sent through a feedback form on the Company’s website. After the website/page is verified by a specialist from the Company, the Independent Distributor is granted the right to receive informational support for its promotion and development.


4.2. Compliance of the Website and Social Pages with the Company’s Rules

Subject to the requirements set forth below, you may create your own website to promote Coral Club products and the opportunity.

4.2.1. By posting a new website on the Internet or a page on social networks, the Distributor thereby confirms that their web platform fully complies with the Company’s rules, and assumes full responsibility for any violations of these rules found on their website.

4.2.2. The Company reserves the right to take measures specified in PART 10 of the Company’s rules for non-compliance of the website and web pages with the Company’s rules.


4.3.Posting Information about the Company’s Products on the Internet

4.3.1. Information permissible for posting on the Internet: the Company recommends that Independent Distributors post information on the Internet that contributes to the positive image of the Company, promotes personal branding, attracts new Club Members and partners into the Independent Distributor’s structure. 4.3.2. Independent Distributors are prohibited from doing the following on the Internet:


The Company does not grant online stores the right to use any content owned by the Company, including that posted on the Internet. These measures are part of the Coral Club reputation protection policy.

4.3.3. Recommendation and Promotion of Products and Personal Brand

We support the development of the Independent Distributor’s personal brand through social media, digital projects, marathons, blogs, websites, and the Company’s official landing pages posted on the Coral Club website. We recommend using all types of appropriate promotion that do not contradict these Rules.

It is important for the Club Members to personally acquaint potential customers with the recommended products. If this is observed, it is permissible to use a personal referral link to the product. With the help of the referral link, a new person can register as a consumer and purchase the product at the Club price, or buy at the retail price without registering. Unacceptable working methods that will be considered a violation of the Rules are listed in section 5.6.


4.4. Right to Use Company Materials, Trademarks, Logos and Trade Names

4.4.1. An Independent Distributor has the right to use the Company’s logo in the design of their websites (except for placement on avatars and userpics), the names and descriptions of the Company’s products, and textual materials taken from open sections of the Company’s websites without making any changes or modifications that distort the essence of this material. The following additions are allowed:


4.4.2. It is prohibited to place the Company’s logo and name on avatars and userpics of accounts in social networks, blogs, forums, websites, and online messengers. It is recommended to use your own image as an avatar in a social network, and a photo with Coral Club symbolism in the background is allowed.

4.4.3. Posting the Company’s Compensation Plan on the Internet is not allowed.

4.4.4. When using official textual or graphic materials of the Company on their website, an Independent Distributor should place the following phrase in the footer [1] of their website or in the article text: «The materials used on this site are from the official Coral Club website,» where the phrase «official Coral Club website» is a link to the Company’s website.

4.4.5. When using any official materials of the Company on social networks, it is necessary to refer to the original source by commenting (@coralclub) and tagging the photo.

4.4.6. An Independent Distributor is obligated to comply with the laws of their country and only publish information about products that are allowed for sale in that country, and to use terminology that conforms to the rules applicable in each specific country regarding the offering of products and business opportunities of Coral Club.

4.4.7. The use of materials from other Distributors: it is not allowed to copy and appropriate materials developed by other Distributors. If an Independent Distributor uses materials from another Independent Distributor on their website, they must indicate a link to the original source.

In case of complaints about the violation of intellectual property, the Company has the right to demand the removal of the used materials from the personal website or social media page of the Independent Distributor.


4.5.Responsibility for Preserving the Individuality of the Company

The website and personal pages on social networks of an Independent Distributor should not mislead visitors by allowing them to associate themselves with the official website of the Company (official pages on social networks) or its official representation in a certain region. To comply with these requirements, the following conditions must be observed:

4.5.1. Email addresses of the Distributor: an Independent Distributor is prohibited from using wordings in their contact email addresses that contain the name of the Company or its products in full or abbreviated form, as well as words such as coralorder, cci, mycoral, and any other wordings that the Company deems unacceptable, except for email addresses provided to the Independent Distributor by the Company.

Information on the possibility of obtaining an email address from the Coral Club domain is located in the personal account on the official website of the Company.

4.5.2. Domain name and title: an Independent Distributor is prohibited from registering their website, accounts, and public pages/groups on social networks using domain names and titles that contain the name of the Company or its products in full or abbreviated form. It is not allowed to register under a name that contains the name of the Company and key products of the Company, as well as similar names, on social networks.

The use of phrases such as, for example, “Coral Club_London”, “Anna_coral_club”, and similar ones is not allowed.

4.5.2.1. The Company reserves the right, if necessary, to require the Distributor to transfer the rights to ownership of any of the above-mentioned registered domain names to the Company; to file a complaint with the administration of the social network regarding the violation of the Company’s rights to a registered trademark, with subsequent deletion of the account/page/group.

4.5.3. The Independent Distributor should not borrow the design and its elements from the official Coral Club website or other Company websites whose rights are protected. When designing their own website, the Independent Distributor should follow the recommendations for using the Company’s corporate identity.

4.5.4. Company Address: it is not permissible to place the Company’s contact information on your website or social media page as your own and position your address as the Company’s address. It is also not permissible to publicly display the addresses and contacts of the Company’s sales offices (or its representatives) on your websites or other online resources, including mapping services such as Google Maps, and similar services.


4.6. Personal Information

4.6.1. The Independent Distributor must indicate their personal information in the header [2] of the website and in the header/description of the social media page. This includes their name, surname, contact phone number, email, as well as links to their social media pages.

4.6.2. The Distributor is not allowed to identify themselves as an employee/ representative/official of the Coral Club company. In the profile header and other places, they can only identify themselves as an Independent Distributor.

4.6.3. With mutual consent of the parties, the Independent Distributor has the right to place contact information of the Distributors in their structure and/or links to their websites of Independent Distributors on their own website.

4.7.Placement of Contextual and Banner Advertising

According to the ethical principles of the Company, it is not allowed to place banner and/or contextual advertising using the original product names and keywords of the Сompany.

4.7.1. Club Members are prohibited from placing contextual advertising using keywords containing the name of the Company or its products in full or abbreviated form, as well as words like coralorder, cci, mycoral, and any other wordings that the Company deems unacceptable.

Also, the use of contextual advertising misleads Internet users, allowing them to associate a personal website or social media page of a Club Member with the official website of the Coral Club Company.

4.7.2. Club Members are prohibited from using banner advertising to promote specific Company products, free registration in the Company, discounts on products, etc. Banner advertising can be used to invite people to a Club Member’s proprietary project, school of proper nutrition, etc.

4.7.3. It is prohibited to use the name of the Company or its products in full or in abbreviated form, as well as phrases like «online store» or «buy quickly» in the text of advertising messages. Also, statements that could be misleading, such as «earn a million with Coral Club» or «lose weight quickly,» are not allowed.


4.8.Information about Product Prices in the Company

4.8.1. It is prohibited to use the words «sale,» «shop,» and «product» on your website on behalf of yourself.

4.8.2. It is allowed to post information about product prices (including point values) on personal social media pages, provided that there is a condition of personal communication between the Club Member and potential consumers. Specifically:


4.8.3. When running targeted ads for posts with product prices, it is necessary to include a statement that individuals should contact the Club Member (the account owner) to make a purchase. For example: «Click the link in direct messages/scan the QR code in the messenger, and I will explain how to get the product at this price.» Also, the placement of referral links for registrations and/or product purchases is not allowed.

4.8.4. The personal page must meet the following conditions:



4.9.New Club Members Registration

4.9.1. To become a Club Member, one can make a decision independently and register with Coral Club. To become a Club Member, a new person only needs to register on the official website gb.coral.club, indicating the club number of the referrer (the Club Member who introduced them to Coral Club) or use the Auto-Enrollment System (see section 2.6 of these rules).

4.9.2. Club Members are prohibited from registering new Club Members without their explicit consent. A Club Member must not gather personal information from acquaintances (online or offline) with the purpose of registering them on the official website without their explicit consent.

4.9.3. Registering a new person with Coral Club is only permissible after a personal acquaintance with the Club Member acting as the referrer. It is essential that registration with Coral Club and product recommendations are preceded by a personal acquaintance between the Club Member and the potential consumer. If this requirement is met, it is permissible to use a personal referral link for registration or product recommendations, which the Club Member can provide to the new person for registration purposes.


4.10. Text Translation to the Distributor’s Native Language

4.10.1. The transfer of a referral link or referral code should occur after the potential Club Member confirms their desire to register with the Company, for which the following methods are used:


4.10.2. The Independent Distributor must regularly monitor the content of guest books, forums, and chats on their websites, immediately removing information that contradicts the legislation of the country of residence, the ethical norms of the Company, or tarnishes its reputation.

4.10.3. When creating and maintaining internet resources dedicated to Coral Club products or business, an Independent Distributor must adhere to language proficiency standards in the language used on the website, and should not allow the presence of spelling, stylistic, and punctuation errors in the texts.


4.11. The Club Member is Prohibited from:

4.11.1. Using their websites and social media pages related to the Company to earn income not related to the Company’s activities.

4.11.2. Posting any pop-up or banner advertising on their websites that is not related to the Company’s activities.

4.11.3. Posting comments on other people’s posts that do not correspond to the topics of a healthy lifestyle or the distributor’s offerings is not recommended. Such comments may appear as spam and can elicit a negative reaction. We advise joining the discussion in the post’s relevant topic and leaving a comment only when it aligns with the theme of Coral Club. Such a comment can attract the attention of the target audience and generate interest in its author.

4.11.4. Engaging in spam mailings (via SMS, e-mail, personal messages on social networks and messengers) regardless of the nature of the sent information.

4.11.6. Using the words «buy» and «purchase» in titles and snippets is prohibited.


4.12. An Independent Distributor Has the Right to:

Report violations of the current rules found on other websites using the approved feedback form on the Company’s website; receive assistance and support from the Company. If there are any doubts about the admissibility of a particular wording, an Independent Distributor may contact an authorized specialist by writing a letter using the feedback form on the Company’s website.


4.13.Responsibility for Non-Compliance with Internet Conduct Rules

When using different types of avatars (including but not limited to icons, userpics etc.) on social sites, you may not use the Company name or Company logo or name in the avatar.
