4.1. General Requirements for Promotion in the Digital Space
When mentioning Coral Club products and/or brand, the rules for proper promotion must be observed.
4.2. Personal Branding and Promotion of a Coral Club Member's Personal Brand
4.2.1. The Company supports the development of a Coral Club Member's personal brand through social media, digital projects, marathons, blogs, websites, and official landing pages hosted on the official Coral Club website.
4.2.2. It is prohibited to position yourself or your website as the official website of the Company, official social media pages, or its official representation in a specific region.
4.2.3. It is forbidden to present Company information as one's own or to list one's address as the Company's address. Additionally, publishing the addresses and contact details of the Company's sales offices (or its representations) in open access on personal websites or other online resources, including mapping services such as Google Maps, and similar platforms, is prohibited.
4.2.4. It is prohibited to use words or phrases containing the Coral Club designation, unique Coral Club product names, or any derivatives, abbreviations (e.g., CCI), phonetically or visually similar spellings, and foreign language equivalents in personal contact email addresses.

4.2.5. It is permissible to identify oneself as a Coral Club Member or an Independent Distributor of Coral Club. Commonly used designations such as Wellness Consultant, Wellness Marathon Organizer, and similar terms are also acceptable. However, it is prohibited to present oneself as an employee, representative, or official of Coral Club.
4.2.6. A Club Member has the right to conduct their business online in any city or country, without being limited to their place of residence. However, they must not mislead consumers by stating a city or country that does not correspond to their actual place of residence and/or the location specified during their registration with Coral Club.
4.2.7. Inappropriate comparisons of Coral Club products with those of other companies are not allowed.
4.3. Promotion/Presentation of Products
4.3.1. The Company encourages Club Members to share their personal experiences with using the products and promote products for health support, while adhering to the laws of the country where they reside.
4.3.2. It is important to remember that product sales are carried out exclusively by the Company and only through its official online and offline platforms.
4.3.3. Selling Coral Club products through online stores, social media, marketplaces, catalog websites, or any other sales channels outside of the official Coral Club resources is strictly prohibited. In the event of violations, the Company reserves the right to block the Club Number of the violator. For more details, see the Company's Rules, Section 10.
4.4. Recruitment and Registration of New Club Members
4.4.1. It is prohibited to register new Club Members without their personal consent.
4.4.2. Recruiting and registering new members using automated or semi-automated schemes and mechanisms that do not involve personal communication with the potential Club Member is prohibited. If mass registrations are detected, the Company reserves the right to block the Club Number until the circumstances are clarified.
4.4.3. Without an agreement with the Company for advertising and proper labeling of posts containing referral links in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines, and the European Union Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, it is not recommended to post referral links. Referral links may only be shared after personal communication and upon request from a potential new Club Member in private messages. In case of violation of this rule, the member responsible bears liability for any negative consequences, including compensating for any damage caused to the Company.
4.4.4. It is prohibited to motivate others to register in your structure through gifts (e.g., "Join my team, and I will give you Coral-Mine" / "Join my structure, and I will register people under you"), promises of additional discounts, or other benefits.
4.5. Accuracy of Information
4.5.1. A Club Member bears personal responsibility for the accuracy of the information they share online. It is necessary to regularly monitor the content of their websites and social media pages and promptly remove any information that contradicts the laws of the country of residence, the Company’s ethical standards, or tarnishes its reputation.
4.5.2. When creating and maintaining online resources dedicated to Coral Club products or business, it is essential to adhere to proper language standards, ensure that texts are free of spelling, stylistic, and punctuation errors, and comply with the legal requirements of the country of residence.
4.5.3. The Company encourages Club Members to post information online that contributes to building a positive image of the Company, promoting their personal brand, and attracting new Club Members and partners to their structure.

4.5.4. It is prohibited to send spam messages by any means, regardless of the nature of the information.
4.5.5. It is prohibited to use misleading statements or unfounded promises, such as "You will earn a million in 3 months with us" or "Our program will make you stop getting sick," etc. For more details, refer to Section 5.4 of the Ethical Code for Independent Distributors of Coral Club.
4.6. Responsibility for Non-Compliance with Online Conduct Rules
4.6.1. The Independent Distributor is fully responsible for ensuring their website and social media pages comply with these rules and the laws of the country of residence.
4.6.2. The responsibility for familiarizing Club Members with and ensuring adherence to the online conduct rules lies with the upline Distributor.
4.6.3. Upon receiving a request from the Company to make changes to a website, social media pages, or other platforms, the Distributor must rectify the violations within the timeframe specified in the Company’s letter.
4.6.4. Failure to comply with the rules or to make corrections within the specified timeframe may result in sanctions as outlined in Section 10, "Responsibility for Non-Compliance with Rules," as well as the blocking of the Club Member’s account. Points earned in violation of the current rules may be excluded from the monthly results calculation.
4.7. Special Requirements for Promoting the Coral Club Brand and Products on Social Media
This section outlines the Company’s policy regarding the creation, design, and promotion of information about Coral Club and its products on pages, groups, channels, and communities on social media, including video hosting platforms and messengers.
4.7.1. It is prohibited to use words and phrases containing the Coral Club name, unique product names, or phonetically and visually similar variants, interpretations in foreign languages, or derivatives in full or abbreviated forms as the names of pages, groups, channels, and communities on social media, messengers, and video hosting platforms, as well as their URL addresses.
The Company reserves the right, if necessary, to file a complaint with the social media administration regarding the violation of the Company’s trademark rights, which may result in the removal of the offending page.

4.8. Special Requirements for Promoting the Coral Club Brand and Products Using Personal Websites
This section outlines the Company’s policy regarding the creation, design, and promotion of information about Coral Club and its products through personal websites.
4.8.1. Prohibited Website Formats.
It is prohibited to create, maintain, or promote catalog-style websites of any format featuring Coral Club products.
Characteristics of Catalog-Style Websites:
The website contains a catalog-style structure: product categories and separate pages (product cards) dedicated to specific Company products.
The presence of one or more product pages/cards on the website. A product page/card is a webpage containing information dedicated to one or more Company products.
The title and/or meta tags* (Title, Description) of the pages include unique (branded) product names of the Company, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar spellings, or foreign language equivalents.
If a website has any of these characteristics, it is considered a catalog-style website and is therefore prohibited under the Rules.
*Meta tags are elements (HTML tags) of a web page that provide search engines with brief information about the page's topic (content). The key meta tags are: Title — the page's title, and Description — a brief description of the page.

4.8.2. Allowed Website Formats
The Distributor is allowed to use information about the Company and Coral Club products (photos, names, descriptions, prices) only on blog-style websites and exclusively within informational articles on general topics: health, healthy lifestyle, detoxification, immunity, digestion, business, personal development, and other general topics, provided they do not contradict sections 4.8.8. and 4.8.9.

1) Websites that promote your personal brand rather than the Coral Club brand and products.
2) Blog-style websites focused on specific topics, such as personal blogs, health, healthy lifestyle, detoxification, immunity, digestion, business, personal development, and other general topics unrelated to the Coral Club brand and products.
4.8.3. Domain Name Registration
It is prohibited to register a website using domain names that include the brand name or unique product names of Coral Club, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar spellings, or foreign language equivalents. The Сompany reserves the right to require the website owner to transfer ownership rights of any such domain names to the Company if necessary.

4.8.4. Use of the Company Logo
The use of the Coral Club logo on websites is prohibited without written permission from the Сompany. To obtain permission, you must submit a request through the feedback form on the Coral Club website.
4.8.5. Use of the Logo on an Independent Distributor's Website
Only Coral Club Independent Distributors are allowed to use specific logos on their websites, which can be found via ссылке.
4.8.6. When using the specific logo of a Coral Club Independent Distributor on their website, the footer (on all pages) must include an open link to the official Сompany website, https://gb.coral.club/?language=us in the format like: «Coral Club Official Website» (https://gb.coral.club/?language=us).
Important! It is prohibited to use any methods to hide links to the official Company website from search engines.
4.8.7. When using the specific logo, the Independent Distributor must provide their contact information on the website.
4.8.8. Use of the Coral Club Brand Name on a Club Member’s Website
It is prohibited to use the Coral Club brand name, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar or phonetically identical spellings, and foreign language equivalents in the titles and/or meta tags* of any website pages, except for the mention "Website of an Independent Distributor of Coral Club" on the homepage.

4.9. Special Requirements for Promoting the Coral Club Brand and Products on Third-Party Websites and Platforms
This section outlines the Сompany’s policy regarding the creation, design, and promotion of information about Coral Club and its products on third-party platforms. Third-party websites and platforms include forums, review websites, marketplaces, and online stores.
4.9.1. It is prohibited to use the Сompany’s logo and name as the avatar (profile picture) for user profiles. For third-party websites and platforms, it is recommended to use a personal image as the avatar, and photos with Coral Club backgrounds are permitted.
4.9.2. It is prohibited to use the brand name or unique product names of Coral Club, as well as any derivatives, abbreviations, similar or phonetically equivalent variations, and foreign language equivalents in the names of pages on third-party websites and external platforms, as well as in their URL addresses.
The Сompany reserves the right, if necessary, to contact the administration of third-party websites and external platforms with a complaint about unauthorized use of the registered trademark, which may result in the removal of profiles and/or specific pages.

4.10.4. When using online advertising, Independent Distributors must strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the country where the advertising is conducted and displayed.
4.10.5. The Company is not responsible for any violations of these conditions or applicable laws committed by Distributors during their advertising activities online.
