To conduct entrepreneurial activities, one must take into account the age at which the right to conduct independent entrepreneurial activities is granted. This age may vary depending on the specific country in which the activity is conducted. In most cases, any person who has reached the age of 18 years has the right to register a business, however, please check additionally this information for your local country.

2.1.2 Anyone who has registered with the Company and received a Club ID upon meeting the condition of placing an initial order (a one-time order of 12 or more volume points) within 90 days from the moment of registration with the Company can become a Coral Club consumer.

2.1.3. Becoming an Independent Distributor of Coral Club is only possible for individuals who are registered as entrepreneurs in accordance with the established legal procedures.

2.1.4. The minimum age requirement for conducting entrepreneurial activities varies depending on the specific country in which the activity is taking place. It is important to consider the legal age at which individuals are granted the right to independently engage in business activities. These age requirements can differ from country to country. As a rule, the minimum age requirement is 18 years old; however, please verify this information specifically for your country.

2.1.5. As an Independent Distributor of Coral Club, an individual conducts entrepreneurial activity independently and is personally responsible for providing information about the income received from distributor activities to tax and other government agencies in accordance with the laws of the country where they are a citizen.

2.1.6. Any information assistance provided to Independent Distributors is of a recommendatory nature and may be provided in volumes determined by the Company. An Independent Distributor can have only one active club number/Compensation Agreement with the Company.

2.2. The Rules of Activity for Spouses and Close Relatives

An Independent Distributor can have only one active club number/contract with the Company. If there are already registered family members (spouses living together in a registered or unregistered marriage, parents, children, siblings) in the Company, when registering a new Club Member, they must specify one of these family members as their sponsor. If two Club Members get married, they maintain their positions within the structure. In the event of a divorce, at the request of one spouse and with the consent of the other (if the spouses were signed under each other), the Company may swap their club numbers (CCI IDs). In the case of divorce between spouses engaged in distributor activities, they are assigned new independent club numbers (CCI IDs), and the earnings from the former shared number are divided in half or at the Company’s discretion (applies to married couples signed under one club number). Applies to spouses that share a Club Member ID.

2.3. Relationship between an Independent Distributor and his/her Sponsor

2.3.1. The relationship between an Independent Distributor and his/her Sponsor is a fundamental part of the Compensation Plan of the Company. The company’s policies and procedures are structured in such a way, so as to protect the interests of the Sponsor. Sponsor changes, except as outlined in section 2.3.3 are not allowed.

2.3.2. In order to protect the rights of the Sponsor, an Independent Distributor shall not offer, instigate, assist, consult, contribute or by any other means influence or try to persuade any other Independent Distributor to change his/her Sponsor or sponsorship line, directly or indirectly.

2.3.3. A Club Member, whether in the status of a Consumer or a Distributor, has the right to change their Sponsor in case of absence of personal purchases for 12 calendar months, as well as purchases on club numbers of spouses in registered or unregistered marriage, but living together; parents; children; siblings. A Club Member who wishes to change their Sponsor within the Company’s rule should send a request to block their club number (CCI ID), stating the reason for blocking: “Change of Sponsor». After 12 calendar months of inactivity, the Club Member can submit a request to change their Sponsor. When switching to a new Sponsor, the Club Member should remember that they are the only one transitioning, and Club Members registered under them remain in the previous structure.

2.3.4. Spouses have the right to change their Sponsor provided that there have been no purchases made on both spouses’ club numbers for 12 calendar months.

2.3.5. Sponsor changes that are in violation of section 2.3.3 will be considered re-enrollment.

By re-enrollment, the Company means:

2.3.6. In the event of confirmation that reenrollment took place, the Organizational Structure will be adjusted, where:

The Company can apply financial sanctions against an Independent Distributor who incorrectly changes Sponsors or the Independent Distributor to whose structure an Independent Distributor incorrectly moved:

2.4. Transferring an Independent Distributorship. Inheritance Rights

An Independent Distributorship may be transferred to a legal successor subject to the Company’s approval and acceptance in its sole discretion.

A Club Member may apply to the Company with a statement about the heir, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of local legislation. If such a statement is absent, then in order to determine the heir, family members and/or company leaders must show initiative and apply to the company with a statement about the need to determine the heir. Heirs of the first priority are determined as heirs in priority order. In case of their absence, heirs of the next order may act as priority heirs. Based on the statement, the Company determines the heir according to the requirements of local legislation.

The Club number of a deceased Club Member with the rank of Emerald Director or lower (the maximum open rank within the last 6 calendar months is taken into account) is transferred to the inheritor by the Company through re-registration in the name of the inheritor.

For Club Members with the rank of Emerald Director and below (considering the highest open rank within the last 6 calendar months), the Company transfers the Club number of a deceased member to the heir by re-registering it in the name of the heir.

However, for members with the rank of Diamond Director and above, the Club number is not directly transferred to the heir and remains with the Company. The personal volume and personal group volume of the deceased member’s number will be maintained by the Company. In this case, the heir must join the Club, become a Distributor and start building their own structure. For the first 12 calendar months, the heir will receive a fully paid bonus check (hereinafter referred to as «check») of the deceased member each month, as well as their own check. On the second year (from the 13th to the 24th calendar month inclusive), the heir will receive exactly half of the deceased member’s check each month, as well as their own check.

From the third to the fifth year (from the 25th to the 60th calendar month inclusive), in addition to their own check, the inheritor receives two additional checks from the Company, equal to their own, at the expense of and within the limit of the check of the deceased.

From the sixth year and onwards (from the 61st calendar month and onwards), in addition to their own check, the inheritor receives one more check from the Company, equal to their own, at the expense of and within the limit of the check of the deceased.

2.5. Maintaining an Active Distributorship

If you are not actively engaging in Independent Distributor activities as evidenced by meeting the requirements of the rank of Director at least once within a 12 month period you will be automatically downgraded to Member status. To switch back to the Distributor status, one needs to submit a new application in their personal account on the Company’s website. After deducting 30 c.u., the new Distributor will receive a Distributor Kit. An Independent Distributor has the right to resign from their distributorship. To do this, one needs to fill out an application to terminate their distributorship and register it with the Company.

2.5.1. If a Club Member does not make any personal purchases for 12 or more consecutive months, their club number will be deactivated, and their entire structure will be transferred to their upline sponsor.

2.5.2. The club number can be reactivated by making any purchase that earns product volume points. The club number will be activated, but the previous structure will not be restored.

2.6. The Work of an Independent Distributor in the Auto-Enrollment System for New Club Members

2.6.1. The Auto-Enrollment System is a service on the Company’s website that automatically selects an Independent Distributor for new Club Members who join without a Referrer, based on a regional principle.

2.6.2. To connect to the Auto-Enrollment System, an Independent Distributor needs to:

Attention! The threshold rank for Independent Distributors to join the Auto-Enrollment System as Referrers may vary depending on the country.

2.6.3. Independent Distributors of Emerald Director rank and higher automatically receive new Club Members in their distributor network. 2.6.4. The conditions for receiving new Club Members through Auto-Enrollment System are:

2.6.5. If during the checks the Company finds out that the Distributor fails to contact candidates within the specified period, the Distributor will be excluded from the Auto-Enrollment System for 1 year.

2.6.6. If the Distributor violates ethical business rules, the Company reserves the right to exclude them from the Auto-Enrollment System without any additional justifications or notifications.
