If a Coral Club Distributor detects any violations of the Сompany’s rules, they are obliged to inform the violator of the rules of conduct in Coral Club, offer assistance in correcting the violations, and warn of the sanctions for non-compliance with the Сompany’s rules. If the violator expresses a refusal to correct the violations, or shows reluctance to cooperate through words or actions, the distributor is required to inform the Сompany of the violations through an approved feedback form.

10.1. In case a Club Member violates the provisions and/or conditions of the written rules and instructions of Coral Club, the Сompany has the right to block the violator’s club number and/or deprive them of the right to engage in distributor activities, as well as impose one or several of the sanctions listed below.
To appoint a probationary period and oblige the Independent Distributor to correct the violations.

10.2. To prohibit:

• placing orders,
• recruiting Сlub Members
• participating in Company privilege programs,
• speaking or participating in Company events for a certain period of time or until certain conditions are met.

10.3. To limit the rank advancement according to the Compensation Plan.

10.4. To refuse to recognize the Independent Distributor’s achievements, such as congratulating them on reaching new ranks at events, Company offices, or within the framework of monthly webinars recognizing new ranks.

10.5. To suspend bonus-discount payments for a certain period of time until the violations are corrected and/or certain conditions are met.

10.6. The following violations may result in fines without limitations imposed on the violators and their sponsors:

• re-signing - from 500 to 10,000 c.u.
• violation of promotion rules - from 500 to 5,000 c.u.
• inappropriate invitation/recruitment - from 500 to 5,000 c.u.
• dumping - from 500 to 10,000 c.u.
