Automatic Transfer – volume points are automatically transferred from a Distributor’s TA to their PV based on specific rules.

Auto Selection System — a service of automatic selection of a consultant from Coral Club (Distributor from Emerald Director and higher) for those who register on the site as a Club Member without a referrer.

Assistant — a Club Member who has switched to the Distributor status, but has not met the requirements none of the distributor ranks.

BQV (Bonus Qualifying Volume) — the sum of your GV and GV of Directors in your structure in prescribed generations.

Candidate for Club Membership — a holder of a Club Number (CCI ID), who purchases products at club prices. To transition to being a Consumer, a mandatory condition of the Company must be met: placing and paying for a starter order within 90 days from the moment of the Consumer’s registration form submission to the Company. If this condition is not met, the Club Number will be canceled.

Compensation Plan (CP) — a personal compensation program, a document that describes the conditions necessary to achieve a rank and the algorithm for calculating compensation and bonuses for Distributors.

Consumer — a Club Member and owner of a Coral Club Card, who receives discounts on Coral Club products. Until placing an order that meets the conditions for transitioning to the Consumer status (placing a starter order within 90 days from the date of registering as a Consumer in the Company), they are considered a Candidate for Club Membership.

Closed Reporting Month — a reporting month in which the bonus discount calculation has been made.

Club Card — a card with a specified individual Club Number (CCI ID) that entitles the holder to purchase products at a special club price (—20% off the retail price) and has no expiration date. The Club Card comes with a set of printed materials to introduce Coral Club.

Club Member — identified by a Club Card ID (CCI ID) and has the right to purchase products at club prices, participates in qualification calculations, and bonus discounts. A Club Member can be either a Consumer or a Distributor.

Club Number (CCI ID) — a unique and individual number assigned to each Club Member at the time of registration with Coral Club.

Club Price — the price of products for Club Members, as listed in the price list.

Coral Club Sales Office — a place for purchasing products and receiving the Company’s bonus discounts. It is also a meeting place for the Company’s Distributors and Members of their downline structure for training, conducting master classes on using Coral Club products, promoting the concept of a healthy lifestyle, and demonstrating the Company’s opportunities for developing their own business.

Current Rank — the rank of a Coral Club Member in the reporting month according to the Compensation Plan.

Discount Bonus — a reward from the Company that is calculated according to the Compensation Plan.

Executive Bonus — 1-5% of the GV of the Directors in your downline from the 1st generation until infinity. It is decreased by the amount of the Executive Bonus payout to Executives in your Downline. In a network of equal and higher-ranked Executives, the Infinity Bonus is equal to zero.

Extra Bonus — an award of 50 c.u. for GV more or equal to 750 volume points. To receive the award in the current month, you must be in the rank of Director or higher in the previous reporting month. The exceptions are: new Directors (who have met the conditions of the Director’s rank for the first time) and Directors who have not met the conditions of the rank for 12 months or more in a row.

First Line — all those who registered under a Club Member and indicated him/her as a Sponsor.

Group Volume (GV) — the sum of Personal Volume (PV) and Personal Volume (PV) of Members in your downline, expressed in volume points and limited by the GV of Directors in your downline.

Independent Distributor — a type of Club Member that is relevant from the moment of submitting an application to switch to the Distributor status in the personal account on the Company’s website.

Leadership Bonus — 5—10% of your Directors’ Group Volume. The Leadership Bonus is calculated down to a prescribed number of Generations (between 1 and 6), depending on your rank. (see “Number of Directors in prescribed generations”)

Personal Volume (PV) — the personal purchases and transfers for the month, expressed in volume points.

Prescribed Generations of Directors — generations of Directors from whom you receive a Leadership Bonus. Prescribed number of Generations for Leadership Bonus depends on the rank and is determined by the Compensation plan:


Premium Consumer — when a Coral Club Member accumulates 500 volume points from all personal purchases and purchases made through their recommendation without a time limit, they are assigned the Premium level on their Club Card. The Consumer becomes a Premium Consumer and receives a 10% cashback discount.

Rank of a Club Member — their qualification according to the Compensation Plan. To receive recognition (badge, certificate), certain conditions must be met:


Until these conditions are met, the rank is considered open; after they are met — closed.

Referrer / Enroller — any Coral Club Member who has invited a new person into their structure. When registering a new Club Member, it is necessary to indicate the referral link or club number of the referrer.

Referral Bonus — a reward to the Consumer, Premium Consumer or Assistant in the amount of 5% of the orders of their first—line Direct Customers: Consumers, Premium Consumers, Assistants.

Referral Link — an individual link of a Club Member that can be used for purchasing products or registering a new Club Member.

Regular Order — an order placed by a Club Member, which involves earning points for calculating bonuses.

Start Order — a one-time order that a Coral Club candidate must place and pay for to activate their club number. The minimum size of the start order is 12 volume points and may be subject to change in accordance with the Company’s rules.

Structure — hierarchical subordination of those signed up under a Coral Club Member.

Transfer — the transfer of volume points from the transfer account to the Personal Volume of a Club Member.

Transfer Order (TO) — an order placed by a Club Member for the purpose of crediting volume points to their transfer account. No additional promotional product is issued/credited for the product participating in the monthly promotion in the TO.

Transfer Account (TA) — a reserve account from which volume points can be distributed (transferred) either to the owner’s Personal Volume or to the Personal Volume of any Club Member at their discretion, or the Company may auto—debit the owner’s Transfer Account to credit their Personal Volume.

Volume Point (VP) – the point value that is attributed to each Coral Club product. The product price list has specific points that are included in the calculation of the bonus discount.
